STiR Education and Surgo Foundation have established a strategic partnership with the goal of integrating data and behavioral science approaches into STiR’s education programming and strategies across the globe. As a non-profit organization, STiR supports governments to establish or reignite teachers’ intrinsic motivation at scale among the existing education system’s workforce. With the ultimate aim of improving learning outcomes, Surgo and STiR will collaborate on how to use data and behavioral science in STiR’s strategy and programs to accelerate improvements in motivation across the education systems that STiR is currently working in.
