Rohan Kumar
Emmanuel Roman Fellow

Rohan is an Emmanuel Roman Fellow working on Data Science within Surgo initiatives. He assists research scientists on research projects and aids the team in the procurement, management, and analysis of program data.   

Rohan’s previous research experience includes work for the Astrophysics Department, Public Health Sciences Division, and Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago. Through the astrophysics department, he participated in the DeepSkies Lab project AI ethics team where he presented weekly papers on the ethical implications of AI technologies in economic fields.  

Rohan has a B.A. in Economics from the University of Chicago.
